Hearing aid sales beat pre-pandemic levels in 2021

With 33% growth in 2021, the biggest hearing aid manufacturers have sold more units than before the pandemic began.

Sales of hearing aids are back on the growth track following the pandemic’s plunge in activity. In 2021, the world’s biggest hearing aid manufacturers sold 18.79 million units in total, which is an increase of 33% compared to the preceding year, according to the European Hearing Instrument Manufacturers Association (EHIMA).
