Small steps for Demant and Sivantos at Veterans Affairs in May – GN, Sonova lose out

Despite a small decline the past month, Sonova is still in the lead when it comes to selling hearing aids to veterans in the US, while Sivantos performed better last month than in April.

May’s figures have been counted, and the monthly assessment of how the big hearing aid manufacturers fared on the public hearing aid sales channel in the US, Veterans Affairs (VA), is now ready.

Danish firms Demant and GN Hearing have reported performances at opposite ends of the spectrum, although there have been no large fluctuations in how the companies split the market between them during May.
