
Citizens, scientists and companies in the EU should be allowed to share health data across European borders more easily, the EU Commission said on Tuesday, when it published the framework for the European Health Data Space (EHDS) in connection with its launch.
The Commission’s ambition is to create a single market for digital health products and services, as well as creating guidelines for the use of health data within research, innovation and policy-making.
