
Hearing firm Eargo, which is located on the Eastern coast of the US, has come to a civil agreement with the United States.
In September, MedWatch reported that the US Department of Justice (DOJ) had initiated an investigation into Eargo. At the time, Eargo did not want to say what the investigation concerned, only that it was regarding reimbursement claims submitted by Eargo on behalf of clients under the Federal Employee Health Benefits (”FEHB”) program.
