Widex family secures power over WS Audiology

Danish Families Tøpholm and Westermann acquire an additional 4 percent of WS Audiology, boosting their equity position to 51 percent.

Two of Denmark's wealthiest families, Tøpholm and Westermann, have secured a majority position in hearing aid firm WS Audiology.

The families are making use of their option to purchase an additional 4 percent of WS audiology stock. In doing so, the families own 51 percent of WS Audiology combined through their joint company T&W Medical.
