US newspaper sues EU over Pfizer texts

The New York Times is taking the EU Commission to court after having failed to release messages between Ursula von der Leyen and Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla. The case follows in the wake of several probes into the pharmaceutical chief’s relationship with EU officials.
