Lars Rasmussen, the board chair of medtech firm Coloplast, is also set to lead the board of a new gender equality-focused think tank, Equalis, which will dig deep to discover why Denmark has fewer women in the upper echelons of business compared to other countries, Danish media Børsen reports.
