Leo Pharma's board still struggles with skewed gender ratio

The majority owner of Leo Pharma, the Leo Foundation, is still working on getting more women onto the company’s board. Currently, only one member is a woman, which isn’t good enough, according to the foundation’s CEO Peter Haar.
