Novo Nordisk Foundation to boost pandemic prevention

The Novo Nordisk Foundation wants to arm Denmark against future pandemics, and is granting up to DKK 2bn (USD 310m) to develop an infectious disease center focusing on vaccine development.

In order to strengthen Denmark's defences against future pandemics, and the continued fight against Covid-19, the Novo Nordisk Foundation is establishing a new infectious diseases center in the country.
