Danish companies: A minimum tax rate has advantages

New rules that will force countries to charge a more similar level of corporate tax will slow down tax speculation and make it easier to work in several countries, Danish companies say.

A new tax regulation which is attempting to set a new, global minimum corporate taxation rate is generating excitement at Danish companies.

A host of the world's largest economies agreed to this regulation at the weekend, based on the idea that it will make being a global company easier while putting a spanner in the works for tax speculation.
