Analysts have great faith in incoming Ambu CEO

Britt Meelby Jensen, who was appointed the new chief executive of Ambu yesterday, is the obvious candidate to rebuild trust in the medtech firm after years of downgrades, say analysts.

Britt Meelby Jensen, who was appointed the next CEO of Ambu on Thursday, is the right person for the job of reestablishing faith in the medtech company, which has disappointed analysts with seven downgrades since 2019, say a number of analysts according to Danish media Finans.

”Britt Meelby Jensen is the obvious candidate. She has gained a lot of credit from the market, in part due to her role at Atos Medical. Now, she’s facing a turnaround, and I can’t quite conclude that she’s done that before. That’s not to say she won’t be up for the task, and it is my impression that she’s sharp and a hard worker,” one analyst, Jesper Ingildsen of DNB Markets London, says to the media.
