Britt Meelby Jensen wants to rebuild trust in Ambu

After a turbulent time for Ambu under Juan Jose Gonzalez’s reign, new chief executive appointee Britt Meelby Jensen aims to rebuild the trust in the medtech firm, which has downgraded its expectations seven times over the past three years.

Today, Friday May 20, Britt Meelby Jensen takes over as the new chief executive of medtech firm Ambu, where she has also been a board member since 2019, a position she leaves following the promotion.

”I think I have a unique background, having been a part of the organization and the board in recent years. Ambu is a company with a really exciting history, a lot of very skilled workers, and a huge potential, which is partially unexploited today,” Meelby Jensen says, while mentioning that she’s ”incredibly proud and honored” to take on the role.
