FDA approves new Ambu product

A novel product from Ambu which combines a single-use bronchoscope with a sampling system has been approved by the FDA today, Monday.

Ambu can now launch a new piece of equipment on the US market. The US Food and Drug Authority (FDA) has approved Ambu's newest product, Ascope 4 Broncho Sampler Set. The 510(k) clearance allows for the launch of this product which performs specific procedures in the respiratory system of patients while taking samples using the same device.
