Olympus gets new Regional Managing Director for the Nordics

Japanese Olympus has appointed a Dane to lead the medtech firm's business in the Nordics and the Netherlands. He has worked for the company for 15 years, 8 of which he spent as the country manager for Denmark.

Medtech firm Olympus has searched within its own ranks and found the person who will lead the company's business in the Nordic countries.

Olympus, which had a USD 6.9bn revenue in 2021, has appointed Dane Lars Rust to lead the medtech firm's Nordic businesses, which in this case includes its Dutch enterprise. Swedish Yonna Olsson had the position before him, and after eight years in this role she is moving to Portugal to pursue new challenges.
