Analyst: WS Audiology will weather storm better than competitors

Sonova, Demant, and GN Hearing all suffered blows in the year’s second quarter, and all consequently downgraded financial expectations – but WSA might have navigated through the period unharmed, says an analyst, naming one division as the main contributing factor.

Last week, downgrades from some of the world’s biggest hearing aid manufacturers poured in – first came Sonova, then Demant, and lastly GN Hearing, all lowering their expectations for full-year performances after a second quarter marked by low consumer trust, sky-high inflation, and a new round of lockdowns in China.
