Three years after merger, WS Audiology is stronger than ever

A rough start with a challenging integration process, a hacking attack and a pandemic to boot, has left hearing aid giant WS Audiology stronger now than the sum of its parts, analysts and CEO agree, on third anniversary of the merger. In a highly competitive industry, scale is crucial, the latter tells MedWatch.

Three years and a lot of blood, sweat and tears later, however, it seems clear that Widex and Sivantos are doing better together as a merger firm than as two separate firms.
