WS Audiology balances out male-dominated top management with new coworker

Hearing aid company WS Audiology upgrades its management by hiring Greek national Mary Doumtsi to lead the firm's retail strategy as the second woman in a 13-people management group.

The executive group at the world's third-largest hearing aid company WS Audiology is gaining a new member who will be pulling the team's gender distribution in a more female direction.

Up until now, WSA's Chief Legal Officer Dawn Seah has been the only female member of the 12-people management group at WSA. The employment of Greek national Mary Doumtsi, however, now doubles the number of female executives at the company to two.
