Investcorp buys Danish Sanos Group

The global alternative investment manager Investcorp has acquired the Danish contract research organization Sanos Group. Both firms confirm this to MedWatch.

The Danish contract research organization Sanos Group, which delivers services for clinical trials within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, has a new owner. The global manager of alternative investments Investcorp has acquired the company, which originally spun out of Nordic Bioscience and was owned by Claus Christiansen and Bente Christiansen.
