Norwegian Medicines Agency issues major fine to Novo Nordisk
Novo Nordisk’s marketing of three prescription drugs in training material for healthcare professionals is illegal, according to the Norwegian Medicines Agency.
Novo Nordisk in Norway has been imposed an ongoing penalty fine if what the Norwegian Medicines Agency, known locally as Statens legemiddelverk (SLV), considers illegal advertising is not removed by Nov. 1.
