AGC Biologics intensifies hunt for new staff with launch of recruitment team

The competition for life science employees is now so tough that AGC Biologics has established a recruitment department to find new talent.

As Fujifilm and Novo Nordisk expand their factories in Denmark, contract manufacturer (CDMO) AGC Biologics is spending DKK 1.2bn (USD 165m) on a brand new facility, which will more than double its production capacity.

This will be an expansion to its existing factory in the Copenhagen suburb of Søborg and is expected to be completed at the end of 2023.
