The competition for life science employees is now so tough that AGC Biologics has established a recruitment department to find new talent.

As Fujifilm and Novo Nordisk expand their factories in Denmark, contract manufacturer (CDMO) AGC Biologics is spending DKK 1.2bn (USD 165m) on a brand new facility, which will more than double its production capacity.
