Novo Nordisk launches smart insulin pens in the UK

Pharmaceutical firm Novo Nordisk is continuing the spread of its smart insulin pens, Novopen 6 and Novopen Echo Plus. The UK is up next, following the first and second launches in Sweden and Denmark.

Novopen 6 and Novopen Echo Plus, smart insulin pens from Danish pharmaceutical firm Novo Nordisk, have now been launched on the UK market, according to British media Pharmaphorum.

Sweden was the first country to receive these products in March of last year, followed closely by Denmark in May.
