Moderna plans to open office in Denmark

In July, US-based Moderna will open an office in Denmark to help to market products in the country and communicate with health authorities.

Moderna, which is based in the US and has now become a household name due to its Covid-19 vaccine, is planning to ”establish a commercial presence” in Denmark, the company reports in a press release.

According to Danish daily Dagbladet Børsen, which has spoken to Moderna’s head of the EMEA region, Dan Staner, the department will officially open in July. A Dane will lead a small team to help Moderna market its products in Denmark as well as communicate with the country’s health authorities. The office has not yet been found.
