Danish scientists first in Europe to use new clinical trial database

Two Danish researchers are the first out of the gate to make use of an EU portal for the registration of clinical trials, which launched at the same time as the EU’s new Clinical Trials Regulation in January.

Two Danish scientists are the first in Europe to register a clinical trial in line with the EU’s new Clinical Trials Regulation, which came into force a few weeks ago and implemented a new way of monitoring of clinical trials throughout the EU.

The Danish Medicines Agency is not at liberty to name the researchers, reports Danish industry media Dagens Pharma.
