Blackrock increases Novo Nordisk holding to over 5 percent

With a block of shares over 5 percent, capital manager Blackrock is now a major shareholder of Novo Nordisk.

Capital manager Blackrock has increased its holding in Novo Nordisk to 5.07 percent of the entire share capital, Novo Nordisk reports in a shareholder announcement on Monday.

Blackrock is now a major shareholder of the pharmaceutical giant with a block of shares of over 5 percent. However, the capital manager still only has below 5 percent of voting rights, the release states.
