ALK nominates former Sanofi executive for board membership

Allergy company ALK has nominated Alan Main, former Sanofi Head of Consumer Healthcare, to be its new board member. He will replace Vincent Warnery, who is leaving the board of ALK after being appointed CEO of cosmetics company Beiersdorf.

Denmark-based allergy and immunotherapy company ALK plans to maintain the company's focus on digital offers such as consumer-oriented services,for which reason it nominates the former head of consumer healthcare at Sanofi, Alan Main, for a place on the board of the firm at the future general meeting, which is scheduled for March next year, according to an ALK press release.
