
Denmark-based allergy and immunotherapy company ALK plans to maintain the company's focus on digital offers such as consumer-oriented services,for which reason it nominates the former head of consumer healthcare at Sanofi, Alan Main, for a place on the board of the firm at the future general meeting, which is scheduled for March next year, according to an ALK press release.
If shareholders formally vote Main into the board, he will be taking over after Vincent Warnery, who was elected for the ALK board in March 2019 with the hopes that he could help boost the consumer healthcare business.
