Personal page
Your login details are personal and may not be used by third parties. Watch Medier reserves the right to block the access, terminate the subscription without notice and claim damages for any loss that might have occurred as a consequence of breach of the contract. The subscriber will not be compensated for any amount covering a potential residual period.
Price
The subscription price is following the current price list applicable at any time. The subscription may be sold as part of a campaign and will after termination of the campaign be priced according to the current price list or agreed prices. Watch Medier reserves the right to adjust prices and fees. This may be a consequence as i.e. inflation, price changes from our subsuppliers, changes in wage levels and/or changes in our product offering. Price changes will be notified in accordance with Danish law.
Payment
The subscription will be paid in advance in line with the chosen payment period. If the payment date is not met, you will receive a reminder, and you will be required to pay a reminder fee of DKK 100. In case of continued non-payment, Watch Medier will hand over the matter to legal collection.
Termination
The subscription continues until it is terminated. The subscription can be terminated by phone or e-mail to our customer centre. The subscription is binding for 12 months.
Complaints and compensation
The subscriber should contact our customer centre within reasonable time after the error or omission has been identified. Lack of digital accessibility is not compensated.
Force majeure
Watch Medier is not liable to the subscriber and will not compensate failed delivery of a product, if the failed delivery is due to force majeure. This includes, but is not limited to, war, fire, or weather conditions and natural disasters.
Limitation of liability
Watch Medier is under no circumstances liable to the subscriber for loss of earnings, lost savings or other indirect losses or consequential damages due to use of the products or lack of possibility of using the products, regardless whether Watch Medier has been informed of the possibility of such a claim. Watch Medier gives no warranty regarding function and availability of digital content.
Copyright
All content in the delivered products under current subscription terms are copyright protected and may not be copied or distributed. Digital content is available for viewing/reading and may be printed for personal use. All other use of subscription content requires a written consent from Watch Medier.
