In its second acquisition of 2022, Novo Holdings has taken over US-based Ritedose from AGIC Capital and Humanwell.

Contract manufacturer Ritedose and its 400 employees will be joining the Novo Nordisk group, after Novo Holdings acquired the firm from AGIC Capital and Humanwell, a Novo press release reports.
