Industry veterans Conterno and Sullivan join Zealand Pharma's board as observers

The new board members come with experience from Eli Lilly and Astrazeneca.

Zealand Pharma has appointed Enrique Conterno and Elaine Sullive as observers on the board.

This is a preliminary step before they are both expected to be nominated to the board at the next annual general meeting in 2024, the company announced this on Thursday.

Enrique Conterno has a long history with Eli Lilly, while Elaine Sullivan has experience from both Eli Lilly and Astrazeneca.
