Apple to halt sales of latest Apple Watch in the US after patent dispute with medtech company

The reason is that the U.S. International Trade Commission ruled in October that the watches violate patents belonging to medical technology company Masimo.

Apple is about to end sales of the latest models of the Apple Watch, following a recent ruling by the US authorities that importing the watches is a violation of regulations, as they infringe on competitors’ patents, reports the Wall Street Journal.
