Ambu's endoscope business would have worked out without Invendo acquisition, CEO says

The main product the Danish medtech company gained through the purchase was a single-use endoscope, SC210, which never made it to market.

Ambu could have made its single-use endoscope business area work even without the DKK 1.7bn (USD 222m) acquisition of German Invendo, according to the medtech company’s CEO, Britt Meelby Jensen, speaking in an interview with Danish business daily Børsen.
