SSI Diagnostica, a spinout from the Danish State Serum Institute, SSI, and the recent acquisition of private equity firm Adelis Equity Partners, has bought Techlab, a US-based manufacturer of rapid infectious disease tests for gastrointestinal and enteric diseases, the new owner announces in a press release.
