Olympus R&D and manufacturing sites in Japan run on renewable energy

The medtech firm claims its major R&D and manufacturing sites in Japan have been running exclusively on electricity from renewable sources since April.

Like a long string of other global firms, Olympus has a stated goal of reaching net zero CO2 emissions, and the Japanese firm wants to have achieved carbon neutrality at its site operations by 2030.
