A.P. Moller Holding set to acquire Unilabs

The parent company of the A.P. Moller Group, A.P. Moller Holding, has signed an acquisition deal with diagnostics firm Unilabs.

Laboratory diagnostics firm Unilabs will soon be in Danish hands as A.P. Moller Holding has reached an agreement with Apax Partners to take over the firm, a press release announces.
