GN nominates two candidates for board expansion
The Board of Directors at GN Store Nord has nominated two new candidates for election at the company’s Annual General Meeting on March 13.
As the current four board members elected by the general meeting are nominated for re-election at the same time, the Group is expanding the number of board members elected at the general meeting from four to six.
The two new members proposed for election are Kim Vejlby Hansen and Jørgen Bundgaard Hansen.
Jukka Pekka Pertola, Klaus Holse, Hélène Barnekow and Anette Weber are nominated for re-election.
Despite sharing a surname, the pair are unrelated; Kim Vejlby Hansen is CEO of the Danish company Foss, while Jørgen Bundgaard Hansen is based in the US and is CEO and Chairman of the Board at Gravitas Medical.
In addition to the candidates elected by the general meeting, GN’s board of directors includes three employee-elected board members.
