Demant CEO granted 31% salary increase in 2023

A large cash bonus and a larger equity compensation package in 2023 pushed the Demant CEO’s salary package in 2023 well above the 2022 level.

In 2023, Demant CEO Søren Nielsen was compensated with salary, bonus and a share-based performance program for a total of DKK 23m (USD 3.31m), shows the company’s remuneration report, which was published on Tuesday, at the same time as the company’s annual report was published.
