Sonion wins copycat case against Sony and Huawei

Sony and Huawei will have to cease sales of products containing technology that Sonion says was stolen, according to a ruling by a Danish court.

Novo Holdings-owned Sonion, which supplies components to the hearing aid industry, won a double victory on Tuesday, beating both of the international electronics firms Huawei and Sony, according to a ruling from the Danish Maritime and Commercial High Court.
