Sonova acquires US-based hearing aid provider for USD 310m

Doubling its presence in the US, Swiss hearing aid giant Sonova will acquire Alpaca Audiology and its 500 employees across 220 clinics in the US. Sonova expects additional annual revenue of USD 120m from the transaction.

The world's biggest hearing aid group, Swiss Sonova, is about to become a little bigger.

This is clear after the company, which is headquartered in Stäfa, Switzerland, has begun 2022 with a million-dollar acquisition of US-based hearing aid provider Alpaca Audiology and its around 500 employees across 220 clinics in the US, Sonova announces in a press release.
