Sonova acquires US-based hearing aid provider for USD 310m

Doubling its presence in the US, Swiss hearing aid giant Sonova will acquire Alpaca Audiology and its 500 employees across 220 clinics in the US. Sonova expects additional annual revenue of USD 120m from the transaction.
