The equity fund has moved the ownership of the hearing aid company away from the EQT VI fund, which was closing, to a newly established fund.

Equity fund EQT has reinforced the long-term nature of its investment in hearing aid company WS Audiology by moving ownership to a new fund.

It is normal practice for EQT to retain investments for several years, and the investor has moved WS Audiology from its EQT VI fund, which was closing, to the EQT VIII fund.
