Sonova acquisition to drag out into 2022

Sennheiser’s consumer division will not be fully integrated into hearing aid manufacturer Sonova’s operations until next year.

The world’s biggest hearing healthcare group, Sonova, which is based in Switzerland, must arm itself with patience. It will take longer than expected for the firm to integrate its acquisition of Sennheiser’s consumer division, it reports in a press release.
