Unique ownership structure makes CFO position at WSA appealing and challenging

The hunt for the next CFO at WS Audiology has begun, after Søren Westh Lonning announced on Wednesday that he is stepping down due to health issues. The CFO role is both very attractive and challenging, says headhunter Henrik Brabrand, who has one man in particular in mind as a replacement.

The CFO position at hearing aid giant WS Audiology will be vacant from Nov. 8 This was revealed last Wednesday, when Søren Westh Lonning announced he would be leaving the role to to focus on fully recovering from health issues.

The job, which is now up for grabs, is an attractive one – however, it comes with a set of very unique demands, says Henrik Brabrand, CEO and global life sciences expert at the headhunting agency Albright Partners, which is specialized in recruitment within the life sciences industry.
