Genmab will start a share buyback program of up to DKK 3.5b on Monday

The program will be completed by December 16.

Genmab will start its share buyback program of up to DKK 3.5b on Monday.

This comes after the company received the green light from its shareholders at an annual general meeting on Wednesday to implement the share buyback program proposed by the board of directors. 

The program will be completed no later than December 16, Genmab announced on Friday. 

Genmab will provide weekly updates on transactions under the program. 

As of March 14, Genmab owns 863,972 shares corresponding to 1.31 percent of the share capital.
