EMA recommends ten new medicines

The EMA’s expert committee, CHMP, recommends ten medicines for approval at its meeting in February 2024. Several of the drugs come from large international pharmaceutical companies.

The mood was probably positive during the February meeting of the EMA’s expert committee, Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP), which subsequently recommends a total of ten medicines for approval. At the same time, six medicines already on the market have been recommended to have their indication extended, the European Medicines Agency’s website informs.
