Lundbeck Foundation CEO nominated for Ørsted chair role

Although she will continue as CEO of the Lundbeck Foundation, the board of windpower giant Ørsted has ruled that Lene Skole would also be able to handle the position as chair.

Ørsted has nominated Lene Skole as new board chair, the energy company announced on Monday afternoon. The former vice chair is thus set to take over from Thomas Thune Andersen, who announced his resignation in connection with the annual accounts last week after ten years at the helm.
