Orifarm owner confirms: We are exploring the possibility of a co-investor

Chairman of the board Hans Bøgh-Sørensen, who together with his family owns pharmaceutical group Orifarm Group, confirms to MedWatch’s Danish sister media, KapitalWatch, that the family is investigating the possibility of getting a co-investor on board.

The confirmation follows media Insidebusiness’ news yesterday that Orifarm has hired the international corporate finance company, Rothschild, to sell an ownership stake in Orifarm.
