Eli Lilly has sued several medical clinics, compounding pharmacies, and medical wellness centers in the US to stop the illegal marketing and sale of products that, according to the company, ”fraudulently claim” to be Eli Lilly’s diabetes drug Mounjaro (tirzepatide).
