Norway to pay more for essential antibiotics

The maneuver should benefit manufacturers.

The Norwegian Medicines Agency (SLV) is now raising the payment for a group of older antibiotics that risk disappearing from the Norwegian market. These are antibiotics that have had low sales volumes and low prices.
