Carnegie Investment Bank completed a sale of more than 1.9 million shares in Zealand Pharma Tuesday evening. This was done at a discount of 5.7 percent compared to the closing price earlier Tuesday.

This is stated in an announcement.

The 1,921,466 shares put up for sale by the Danish Export and Investment Fund (EIFO) have been sold via an accelerated bookbuilding process at DKK 260 per share while Zealand’s share closed Tuesday at DKK 275.8.
