Amgen and Horizon files counterclaim against US trade regulators

The two companies deem the FTC federal court action unconstitutional.

Amgen and Horizon have filed a counterclaims against a lawsuit filed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The companies claim that the FTC’s lawsuit to stop the USD 28bn merger between the two ”completely ignores” the provisions of the US Constitution, reports independent media Endpoints News.
