
Pfizer’s first payment of promised humanitarian aid in response to the war in Ukraine totaled USD 5m, the firm’s chief executive, Albert Bourla, says in a statement on the firm’s website.
The US-based firm is therefore keeping its March 14 promise to donate the equivalent of all profits it generates in Russia to humanitarian relief efforts tied to Ukraine.
