
Germany has ordered 40,000 doses of Bavarian Nordic’s monkeypox vaccine so that it is prepared if the current outbreak of the disease gets worse, says German Minister for Health Karl Lauterbach.
”We want to be ready to vaccinate people who have been in contact with infected people if the outbreak in Germany gets worse,” he says.
